More overtime today, which means I have to miss another workout. Hopefully I can burn enough calories at work tonight to carry me over until tomorrow without having to sacrifice on my diet.
P90X Round 2 - Day 10
I missed Monday and Tuesday this week because of overtime at work. But I burned a ton of calories at work so I’m not too butt hurt about it. Arms & Shoulders went good today. My arms feel tight right now so I know I’ll be sore tomorrow.
I’m eating a protein pancake right now and I can’t help but notice how awful it is. I’m pretty sure it’s just my cooking, but I can’t seem to get these things right. Oh well, I guess i’ll just stick to my shakes from now on.

P90X Round 2 - Day 6
Well I did about 20 minutes of Kenpo after I woke up today, but I wasn’t feeling motivated to finish it up. So I showered up, cooked the best turkey burger I’ve ever eaten in my LIFE, and played some Halo. Gonna hit up the Ruby Tuesdays salad bar for dinner tonight and restart Kenpo before bed. I’ll be motivated to do the full workout then because of the monster salad I’m going to man handle for dinner tonight.
On a side note, I need a new heart rate monitor. The one that I got from Walmart was cheap, but its uncomfortable, unreliable, and I just don’t trust it. Can anyone recommend a reliable and affordable replacement?
